My new hobby
I haven’t listened to Colin Cowherd much in a while, but one of the things he stresses is “The difference between good and great is inches, not feet.” This holds true for pretty much everything in life, including photography. So while I hope to capture a “great” shot once in a while, I’ve also added links to some spectacular Flickr shots by other photographers – because everyone wants their photos to be noticed.

Well, except for the fact that
I think I like it. I definitely like the Lightbox that pops up when you view an image. I also like it that the Lighbox lets you go forward and backward without closing it. The Wordpress theme is pretty good too – the links actually work and nothing is overlapping something else.
Time to get out there and do some shooting. I wish it would warm up a bit.
My Flickr RSS feed (for newest photos)
I got this site to sync with Flickr. I’m going to keep messing with it, so expect things to change. I haven’t found a theme yet that I like, so that will definitely change. The photos should be available here.
Also, I’m not sure why the photos are so small. One of the reasons I want to run this site along with Flickr is to let people see the images as they were taken – at six mega pixels. Sure, that’s not huge, but it’s a lot bigger than what’s showing up right now. I’ll probably upgrade to the paid version of Flickr this weekend.
I’m working on syncing this with Flickr. I need to go to work soon so I’ll probably run out of time.
